Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of preventing faulty cleaning from occurring because toner is not conveyed to cause clogging. SOLUTION: A printer 1 includes: a cleaning blade 422 which removes toner on a photoreceptor drum 41 by coming into contact with the rotating photoreceptor drum 41; a conveying member 424 which is provided above the cleaning blade 422, includes a conveying blade 424b on its outer periphery, and rotates to convey the toner removed by the cleaning blade 422 in a shaft direction; and a housing 421 inside which the conveying member 424 is arranged, and in which the removed toner is stored.
