SOLUTION: This pair of bottoms as boot cut pants 1 is formed to wear by tightening the waist circumference only with a waist rubber 4. Since a belt part 2 and a body 3 near the belt part 2 are extensible more than a size of the hip circumference of the body 3, the bottoms are worn by extending the belt part 2 and the body 3 near the belt part 2, and are extremely easy to attach and detach.
