PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room temperature-curable organopolysiloxane composition that reduces a pungent odor as much as possible, and is excellent in chemical resistance in a room temperature-curable organopolysiloxane composition of acetic acid elimination type. SOLUTION: The room temperature-curable organopolysiloxane composition comprises: (A) an organopolysiloxane represented by formula (1): HO(SiR12O)nH (R1is a 1C-10C monovalent hydrocarbon group, and n is an integer of 10 or more); (B) a silane compound represented by formula (2): R2aSi(OCOR3)4-a(R2is a 2C-10C monovalent hydrocarbon group, R3is a 1C-10C monovalent hydrocarbon group, and a is 0-2) or a partial hydrolyzate thereof; (C) a silane compound represented by formula (3): Si(OCOR4)4-b(OR5)b(R4and R5are each a 1C-10C monovalent hydrocarbon group, and b is 1-3) or a partial hydrolyzate thereof; (D) a filler having an aluminum atom; (E) crystalline silica; (F) fumed silica; (G) at least one perfume; and (H) a curing catalyst; as essential components.
