Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet bowl body that can be well flushed.SOLUTION: This toilet bowl body 10 includes a toilet bowl 11, a rim water flow path 12A provided to the upper peripheral edge of the toilet bowl 11, and a water discharge port 17A which is provided to the start end S1 of the rim water flow path 12A and allows to discharge flushing water along the rim water flow path 12A. The rim water flow path 12A includes a peripheral wall 13 which forms the upper inner peripheral surface of the toilet bowl 11 and a shelf 14 which extends from the bottom end of the peripheral wall 13 inward and allows part of the flushing water discharged from the water discharge port 17A to flow down along the inner surface of the toilet bowl 11 continuously extending downward while circulating the flushing water to the upper surface. The peripheral wall 13 is structured so that the vertical dimension is gradually reduced between the start end S1 of the rim water flow path 17A and near the front terminal E1 at the shortest. |
