PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate a plurality of routes, based on a degree of traffic jam.SOLUTION: A mobile information terminal device includes a current location acquisition unit (S12) for acquiring a current location, a current location transmission unit (S13) for transmitting a current location to a server, a route search unit (S14) for searching a route from a current location to a destination, an EEPROM that stores a plurality of specific routes which are classified into a plurality of kinds having different increase rates of a load degree with respect to a traffic jam degree, and a traffic jam degree acquisition unit 61 for acquiring a traffic jam degree from the server. The mobile information terminal device further includes load degree calculation units (S21, S23, S25) for calculating out a load degree with respect to a traffic jam degree in terms of a specific route included in searched routes in the plurality of specific routes, a priority decision unit (S26) that determines a priority of each of a plurality of routes on the basis of a load degree when the plurality of routes are searched, and a route display unit (S28) for displaying the plurality of routes based on the priorities.
