Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display information optimal to a specific user without losing privacy by specifying the user who satisfies conditions.SOLUTION: When an information output device 13 outputs digital contents corresponding to attributes of a user stored in a database 11 to be viewed and watched, a user grasping apparatus 14 grasps the number of viewing and watching users and attributes of each user. An arithmetic unit 15 picks up attributes common to the users when the number of users exceeds a prescribed number, and determines whether or not the common attributes exceed the prescribed number of users. A controller 12 normally causes the information output device 13 to read predetermined contents from the database 11 and output the contents according to a predetermined schedule, and causes, when the number of users exceeds the prescribed number of users and the common attributes exceed the prescribed number of users, the information output device 13 to read contents corresponding to the common attributes from the database 11 and preferentially output the contents.
