Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disable unlocking of an alarm device except unlocking performed by a genuine key remote control, without being affected by a state of a hazard lamp.SOLUTION: This key operating state detector includes: a door lock detecting means 11 for detecting a manual opening/closing operation of a door, which is performed by the key remote control inserting operation; a determination control portion 14 which serves as a motor detecting means for detecting the states of locking and unlocking operations of a door lock control motor M for opening/closing the door by a remote-control operation of the key remote control; and a door lock knob detecting means 13 for detecting the opening/closing of the door, performed by a manual operation of the door lock knob in a vehicle. In the case where an unlocking detection signal of the door lock knob detecting means 13 is output, where after that, an unlocking operation signal of the motor detecting means is output, and where subsequently, an unlocking detection signal of the door lock detecting means 11 is output, the determination control portion 14 determines that the unlocking of the door is performed by the manual operation of the door lock knob in the vehicle, and controls a controlled object 20 on the basis of the result of that determination.
