Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the position of the disposed buckle member more conspicuous while maintaining the seat performance of a seat as much as possible.SOLUTION: The buckle member 30 is disposed at a restraint position (4R) of a vehicle seat so that a protruding unit 80 provided at the buckle member 30 protrudes from the restraint position (4R) through a pushing member 20, and when a tongue member 10 is inserted into the buckle member 30, the tongue member 10 is locked to the buckle member 30 after the protruding unit 80 returns to the restraint position 4R against pushing forces of the pushing member 20.
