Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for improving detection sensitivity of a magnetic resonance signal. SOLUTION: Input impedance of a receiver is set to a value exceeding impedance of a probe. A magnetic resonance apparatus includes a transmission/reception circuit which comprises a transmitter for transmitting high frequency power via the probe comprising a tuning-matching circuit to a sample coil and a receiver for receiving an induced electromotive power from the sample coil via the probe and in which the input impedance of the receiver is set to a value exceeding the impedance of the probe.
