Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally conductive member and a method of manufacturing the thermally conductive member. SOLUTION: The thermally conductive member includes a metal material base with a low melting point and a patterned carbon nanotube array disposed in the metal material base with the lower melting point. The patterned carbon nanotube array contains a plurality of carbon nanotube arrays, and the material of the metal material base with the low melting point is charged between adjacent carbon nanotube arrays.
