Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve body configured to reduce air bubbles remaining in a packed liquid, such as ink, in the case of packing the liquid in the valve body such as a self sealing valve, and to reduce failures such as poor liquid ejection, to provide a liquid jetting device including the valve body, and to provide an electronic device. SOLUTION: The self sealing valve 13 is configured to cover a recessed portion 22 formed in a housing 21 with a film 23, and includes: an ink chamber 25 formed between the recessed portion 22 and the film 23 so as to store the ink 24 therein; a pressure adjusting valve 26 disposed on the film 23 to adjust the pressure of the ink 24 in the ink chamber 25; and an adaptor 29 detachably disposed in the housing 21, and configured to, when being attached to the housing 21, forcibly minimize the volume of the ink chamber 25 by pressurizing the pressure adjusting valve 26 to the maximum pressurization position, and when being detached from the housing 21, release the pressure adjusting valve 26 from the pressurized state.
