Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an electronic device formed by using an inexpensive sol-gel method allowing nano particles to be self-organized using cohesion of the nano particle is not achieved since a manufacturing method adaptable to the electronic device requires high temperature processing and is not bearable for mass production. SOLUTION: This method for forming a self-organized film includes a step of dispersing nano fine particles by solvent; a step of applying a solution having the nano fine particles dispersed by the solvent on a substrate; and a step of forming a space area where the evaporation of the solvent is more delayed than those of other areas, forming the space area to have a component in a vertical direction to the substrate, and allowing the nano fine particles to grow self-organizingly in the space area.
