Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device and an annular spacer for controlling the number of eigenfrequency of a storage device with high accuracy. SOLUTION: In an HDD 11, an annular spacer 38 is brought into line contact with a magnetic disk 14 in an inside annular part 54 and an outside annular part 55. Facing planes 59, 61 facing the magnetic disk 14 are formed between the inside annular part 54 and the outside annular part 55 in the annular spacer 38. Thus, the annular spacer 38 is reliably brought into contact with the magnetic disk 14. Especially, the outside annular part 55 can be reliably brought into contact with the magnetic disk 14 within an outside virtual cylindrical plane 53 including an outer peripheral plane of the annular spacer 38 in the outside annular part 55. As a radial direction position of the outside annular part 55 separates from a rotation axis X, the number of eigenfrequency increases, so that the number of eigenfrequency of the magnetic disk 14 is controlled with high accuracy based on adjustment of the position of the outside annular part 55.
