SOLUTION: This structure of a balcony includes a bracket 5 as a structural skeleton supporting the weight of a balcony 1, a balcony floor supporting body 60 (a front beam 6, a rear beam 7, a joist 8) supported by the bracket 5, a balcony floor surface 11 arranged continuously with an indoor floor surface 21 through a sash lower frame 31 as an opening device lower frame, and a draining mechanism disposed between the rear side of the balcony floor support body 60 and the sash lower frame 31.
