Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester film for laminating rubber, wherein a laminate having high adhesion between the polyester film and rubber, excellent adhesion durability and excellent formability is obtained and to provide the laminate. SOLUTION: An easily adhesive polyester film for forming is characterized in that an adhesion layer (a) containing a polyurethane resin having an unsaturated hydrocarbon bond in a molecule is laminated on at least one surface of the film which includes a copolymerized polyester constituted of one kind of monomer component (I) selected from aromatic dicarboxylic acid components, one kind of monomer component (II) selected from glycol components containing a branched aliphatic glycol and/or alicyclic glycol and at least one of monomer component different from (I) and (II) and which is oriented at least in one axial direction.
