SOLUTION: The resin sheet is formed by laminating a polyamide resin layer 2 formed of a polyamide resin composition containing a carbodiimide modified soluble polyamide resin and a polyphenylene ether resin layer 3 formed of a polyphenylene ether resin composition containing the polyphenylene ether resin in this order on a surface of metal foil 1.
