Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic composite Mg based plated steel sheet solving a corrosion problem under coating film of a crack part conventionally existing in a plated steel sheet for automobile. SOLUTION: The organic composite Mg based plated steel sheet is provided, wherein a Mg based plated film containing 30 to 85 atom% Mg, 0.03 to 10 atom% Ca and the rest constituted of Zn and/or Al and inevitable impurities is formed on at least one surface of a steel sheet; a Zn phosphate film of 0.3 to 10 g/m2is formed on the surface of the Mg based plated film and an organic film is formed on at least one surface of the Zn phosphate film; the Zn phosphate film contains 20 to 250 mg/m2Mg; and Mg/P (mass ratio) in the Zn phosphate film is 0.15 to 0.35.
