Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edible inkjet ink enabling direct high-definition beautiful printing on a food for attaining high resolution printing as an inkjet coloring composition with good productivity and storage stability. SOLUTION: The edible inkjet ink includes a resin, an aqueous solvent, and a gardenia yellow pigment. The color value of the gardenia yellow pigment is ≥200 to ≤2,000. The value obtained by multiplying the color value of the gardenia yellow pigment and the gardenia yellow pigment content (wt.%) in the ink and dividing the same by 100 is ≥7.0 to ≤33.0.
