Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic induction heating continuous fryer capable of retaining high heating efficiency with induction heating coils by retaining a preset space between each induction heating coil and the lower surface of the bottom wall of an oil tub even if distortion or deformation occurs with heat generated from the bottom wall of the oil tub itself. SOLUTION: The fryer includes: the oil tub 1 formed of a magnetic body; conveying means 3 for conveying an object to be fried fed into the oil tub from a feed portion 10 toward a take-out portion 11; and a plurality of induction heating coils 4 juxtaposed in the moving direction by the conveying means in such a state as to face the lower surface 12 of the bottom wall of the oil tub while retaining the space T. The respective induction heating coils are housed in casings 5 respectively supported at the oil tub. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
