Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a processing load by overcoming the problem wherein it is necessary to acquire and install an electronic certificate for every service provision server when a service provider provides services by using a plurality of service provision servers, and also it is necessary for a SIP server to hold communication session information every individual service provision server when the service provision server communicates with the SIP server individually, resulting in an increase of the processing load. SOLUTION: The server device 30 being a representative of a plurality of service provision servers 40 performs authentication with the SIP server 20 and SIP message exchange as the representative, and notifies a service provision server 40-1 of client communication information acquired by SIP message exchange. The service provision server 40-1 performs communications with a client 10-1 on the basis of the client communication information notified by the representative server device 30.
