SOLUTION: A seal structure for the penetrating portion 52 between a cover member 5 and a rotary shaft 7 penetrating the cover member 5 includes a seal member 8 relatively rotatably fitted in the rotary shaft 7 with a metal ring 9, which is concentrically externally fitted and integrated with the seal member 8, interposed between the seal member 8 and cover member 5 on the penetrating portion 52.
