Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-film solar cell having a structure such that a texture structure can be inexpensively made on a substrate surface and does not peel from the substrate. SOLUTION: As the reflection layer of the thin-film solar cell 10, a copper plate 2 is used which has, on a reflective surface, bump projections formed by roughening the surface, and functions as a lower electrode. The copper surface having the bump projections efficiently diffuses and reflects sunlight to conveniently confine photons to a photoelectric conversion layer 3, so that the solar cell with high photoelectric conversion efficiency can be obtained. Further, the roughened surface having the bump projections is inexpensively and easily made and is high in durability. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
