Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet which is prevented from shrinking wrinkles of a substrate due to hardening of a curable resin composition and has excellent hardness. SOLUTION: A polyethylene terephthalate substrate having a primer layer, reactive silica fine particles which have a reactive functional group (a) having reactivity with acryloyl groups on their surfaces and have an average primary particle size of 1 to 100 nm, and a curable resin composition for a hard coat layer which contains an urethane acrylate having 6 or more acryloyl groups and having a weight average molecular weight of 1,000 to 10,000 and contains 25 to 65 wt.% of reactive silica fine particles with respect to a total solid content of the composition and contains ≥70 wt.% of the urethane acrylate with respect to a total binder content of the composition are prepared. The curable resin composition for a hard coat layer is applied to the primer layer on one surface of the substrate to form a coating film, and the coating film is irradiated with a dose of 300 to 600 mJ/cm2and is hardened to form a hard coat layer, whereby the optical sheet is obtained.
