Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet having excellent frictional flaw resistance and hardness, and capable of restraining visibility from becoming worse, and having a PET base material, and a method of manufacturing the optical sheet. SOLUTION: The optical sheet is provided with a covalent bond layer comprising a cured object of a composition for the covalent bond layer containing a first trifunctional or more functional binder component, and a hard coat layer comprising a cured object of a composition for a hard coat layer containing a reactive silica fine particle of 1-100 nm of an average primary particle size, having a reactive functional group b on a particle surface, and a second binder component having a reactive functional group c in this order on a face at a primer layer side of the PET base material, the reactive functional groups have cross-linking reactivity between the reactive functional groups, the first binder component, the reactive silica fine particle and the second binder component form covalent bonds in a boundary between the covalent bond layer and the hard coat layer, a film thickness is 1-5 μm in the covalent bond layer, and a total thickness is 7-20 μm as a total of the film thickness of the covalent bond layer and a film thickness of the hard coat layer.
