Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly prevent a high voltage system from resulting in an overvoltage. SOLUTION: When an electric capacity SOC of a slave battery is equal to or lower than a predetermined electric capacity SOCRef (S100), a slave-side step-up/down converter is controlled by switching so that the slave battery is charged along with switching of usual frequency of a transistor (S110). When the electric capacity SOC is larger than the predetermined electric capacity SOCRef, the slave-side step-up/down converter is controlled by switching so that the slave battery is charged by a charging amount smaller than a charging amount for control when the electric capacity SOC is equal to or less than a predetermined electric capacity SOCRef in such a way that the electric capacity of the slave battery does not exceed a permissible electric capacity along with switching of frequency higher than the usual frequency of transistor (S120). Thereby, the high voltage system at the high voltage side can be prevented more properly from resulting in an overvoltage. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
