PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication management device, a communication management method, a communication management program and the like, which can prevent spread of the damage when a server computer device connected to a network is attached by an illegal access. SOLUTION: A security monitor device recording/collecting means 120 identifies the server computer devices or the like which have received an illegal communication on the basis of illegal communication records and also identifies one or ones of the server computer devices or the like which has executed the illegal communication. A device searching means 130 identifies a network switch device to which the terminal device identified by the security monitor device recording/collecting means 120 and having executed the illegal communication is connected, searches for a terminal device of the same type as the identified terminal device connected to the identified network switch device and identifies it. A network switch device connection breaking means 140 updates a use state 722 of a port 700-2 of a network switch device 700 identified by the device searching means 130 from "enable"to "disable".
