PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage location information of a mobile wireless device located out of service of a base station. SOLUTION: A mobile wireless device 11 is used for a wireless communication system for performing wireless communication between a plurality of mobile wireless devices and a base station 13, and includes a GPS antenna 21 for receiving electric waves from a GPS satellite 14, a GPS receiving unit 22 for determining its own location from a signal received by the GPS antenna 21 and for output of it as location information, a control unit 23 for adding a first mobile wireless device ID specific to its own mobile wireless device to the location information, and a transmitting and receiving unit 24 for receiving the location information and the first mobile wireless device ID from the control unit and transmitting the location information and the first mobile wireless device ID to the other mobile wireless devices via a transmitting and receiving antenna in a fixed cycle.
