PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die holder mounting structure by which a die can be positioned easily to a die holder supporting body and a die holder can be fixed without using special parts and with the small number of the parts. SOLUTION: A die mounting hole 16 penetrating through vertically is provided on the die holder 15. A die fitting hole 18 which is opened on the top surface of a die holder supporting body 2 and matched to an opening at the lower end of the die mounting hole 16 is provided on the die holder supporting body 2. The lower end of the die 5A which is mounted in the die mounting hole 16 is projected downward from the die mounting hole 16 and the die 5A and the die holder supporting body 2 are positioned by fitting the projecting part at the lower end of the die 5A into the die fitting hole 18. The die holder 15 is fixed to the die holder supporting body 2 by a die holder fixing mechanism 50 which is provided in a distant position in the horizontal direction to the die mounting hole 16 and the die fitting hole 18.
