PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: there is no system that widely satisfies needs of a group of potential landlords and a group of potential users with respect to a space. SOLUTION: A space use system includes a means which receives E-mail when registration E-mail is received from a landlord in a space on the Internet, publicizes a content of space information the landlord has input, starts receiving reservations from space users, receives reservations by space users on the Internet, examines use contents in response to the reservation by the space user on the Internet, notifies the space user of the result, completes the reservation from the space user, and transfers use fees to the landlord.
