Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiprocessor system, capable of surely preventing malfunction resulting from duplication of an address space assigned to a peripheral device even when the peripheral device is shared by a plurality of processors. SOLUTION: The multiprocessor system 1 includes an address conversion unit 35 connected to the plurality of processors through a bus. The address conversion unit 35 converts address information from a processor which transmits an access request of the plurality of processors into address information within a shared memory space. The shared memory space has a plurality of address areas corresponding to the plurality of processors respectively. The address conversion unit 35 converts address information of the processor which transmits the access request to the address information within the address area corresponding to this processor.
