Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: a conventional lens barrel requires a dedicated elastic member for biasing a lens holding frame to a spherical member, consequently, the number of components becomes large, configuration is complicated, an apparatus is upsized as a whole, thereby degrading the degree of freedom in design. SOLUTION: The lens barrel is provided with: a vibration-proof lens L5; three or more steel balls 46 brought into contact with the vibration-proof lens to freely roll; a rear lens barrel 3 supporting the three or more steel balls 46 to freely roll; and a fifth group lens-holding frame 20 holding the vibration-proof lens L5 while putting the three or more steel balls in between.
