PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recorder for urination state especially constituted so that a patient not having expert knowledge and having urination disorder succeedingly simply and sanitarily measures a urination amount not only in a home but also in the toilet of his or her destination and reducing the economical load applied to the patient. SOLUTION: The recorder for urination state to record the urination state of an examinee has a housing having a size capable of being carried by the examinee, a unit recording means for recording a unit of urinating act, recognizing one urination act of the examinee as a unit of the urination act to record the same, a time data input means for urination operated by the examinee in order to input the time data of urination including the urination time and urine flowing time being urination succeeding time of the examinee and a state recording means for urination storing at least the data of the urination state including the data of the urination time as a record of the urination state in connection with the unit of the urination act.
