Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray nozzle and the structure of its filter with which the generation of turbulent flow in a flow passage is reduced by simple structure. SOLUTION: A plurality of slit-shaped inflow ports 3 are formed in the upstream region of a nozzle 1, a partition member 4 having a plurality of radial regulation blades 5 is arranged in the flow passage in the inflow region of the fluid from these inflow ports and a flow straightening member 6 having a plurality of radial blades 7 is arranged in the flow passage on the downstream side of the partition member. The number of the blades 7 of the flow straightening member 6 is the integral multiple of the number of the blades 5 of the partition member 4, the blades 5 of the partition member 4 and a part of the blades 7 of the flow straightening member 6 are nearly coincident in the phase (position) in the peripheral direction, and the blades 5 and the blades 7 which are opposite to each other are nearly coincident with the direction of the major diameter of a discharging port 16 which is opened in an elliptic shape in the tip part of the nozzle and extended in the radial direction. A taper-shaped conical projection is formed on the downstream side of the flow straightening member 6. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
