Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable device capable of reducing uselessly repeated transmission and reception of the same content data. SOLUTION: In an embodiment, one's party equipment data acquisition processing section 191 acquires equipment data of one's party camera via a radio communication section 18. A transmission determination section 197 refers to a communication history list of an image file 20 to be transmitted, and determines that transmission conditions are met when no communication history data including the equipment data of one's party camera exist in the communication history data that have already been set. A communication history list update section 199 adds new communication history data, where equipment data 161 of an own device and equipment data of one's party camera 1 are set to be a transmission source and a transmission destination to the communication history list of the image file 20 to be transmitted for updating when the transmission determination section 197 determines that the transmission conditions are met. A data transmission and reception processing section 195 performs processing for transmitting the image file 20 to which the new communication history data have been added to one's party camera 1 via the radio communication section 18.
