Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit with a power saving isolation cell inserted therein. SOLUTION: This integrated circuit includes: a plurality of electronic circuits formed on a semiconductor chip; a power circuit for supplying power to the respective electronic circuits; and a plurality of selection circuits for which one-side inputs are connected to the power circuit, the other-side inputs are connected to the other electronic circuits, and outputs are connected to the respective electronic circuits; wherein the selection circuit executes, by control from a control part, either of selective control to supply power to the electronic circuit and selective control to input a signal of the other electronic circuit.
