Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and rapidly create three-dimensional arrangement adjustment CAD data that are an arranging route of a cable storage component even in time of initial planning of a plant design. SOLUTION: An area creation means 410 creates a prescribed rectangular parallelepiped area from minimum and maximum coordinates. A cable information acquisition means 420 acquires information related to a cable such as a cable specification, start point information, transfer information, and end point information. A route creation means 430 creates a cable storage component route between an area of a start point and an area of an end point through a transfer area. A route integration means 440 unifies routes having the same cable specification, start point information, transfer information, and end point information into one. A three-dimensional conversion means 480 adds a section having a prescribed width and a prescribed height to the route to create a three-dimensional cable storage component route model.
