Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly collect data without omission from a plurality of portable terminals. SOLUTION: This electronic apparatus is provided with: a plurality of sensors; a memory; a microcomputer; a secondary battery; and a clock component, and configured to collect information from a plurality of portable terminals for measuring physical quantities. The electronic apparatus is provided with: a plurality of connectors 126 connected to the portable electronic terminals; a microcomputer 101 as a central processing part; and a plurality of buffers 114 for temporarily storing information from the plurality of portable electronic terminals between the connectors 126 and the microcomputer 101. The microcomputer 101 collects information from the buffers 114 in the predetermined order of the plurality of connected portable electronic terminals, and transmits data through a USB connector 132 to a database server.
