SOLUTION: The paper-making workability-improving agent contains a mixture liquid of an acidic surfactant having a constitution portion as a nonionic surfactant and an amino group-containing polymer, and has both an excellent stain adhesion-preventing effect and an excellent peeling-improving effect.
