Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of treating TNFα (tumor necrosis factor) related disorders using a TNFα inhibitor such as a TNFα antibody. SOLUTION: The method includes dissociating an isolated human antibody or an antigen binding portion thereof from the human TNFα at a Kd of 1×10-8M or less and a Koff velocity constant of 1×10-3s-1 or less measured by surface plasmon resonance, and neutralizing human TNFα cytotoxicity with the human antibody or the antigen binding portion thereof at an IC50 of 1×10-7M or less in a standard in vitro L929 assay.
