Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further lower ESL in a solid electrolytic capacitor. SOLUTION: In a capacitor element 20, a negative electrode lead-out part 23 is arranged in the center of the element and a positive electrode lead-out part 22 is arranged in radial four directions from the negative electrode lead-out part 23. A mounting substrate 41 has a positive electrode conductor 44 and a negative electrode conductor 45 corresponding to the positive electrode lead-out part 22 and the negative electrode lead-out part 23 of the capacitor element on the mounting face of the capacitor element, respectively, and has auxiliary conductors 47 at four corners of the mounting substrate 41. On the mounting face of the mounting substrate, there are arranged a first negative electrode terminal 43 in the center and four positive electrode terminals 42 so as to surround the outer circumference of the first negative electrode terminal 43. At four corners of the mounting substrate, there are further arranged second negative electrode terminals 46 adjacent to the positive electrode terminal 42. The positive electrode terminal 42 and the positive electrode conductor 44, the first negative electrode terminal 43 and the negative electrode conductor 45, and the second negative electrode terminal 46 and the auxiliary conductor 47 are connected by a conductor penetrating the mounting substrate 41 to one another. The capacitor element 20 is mounted to the mounting substrate 41 to form a solid electrolytic capacitor. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
