Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-accuracy temperature detection circuit capable of reducing the circuit area and current consumption. SOLUTION: A transistor 1 has a threshold voltage Vth1 and transistors 2a, 2b have a threshold voltage Vth2. Switches A1 to A6 and switches B1 to B5 are controlled so as to be turned on alternately. When the switch A1 is turned on, the transistors 1, 2a are turned on, the transistor 2b is turned off; and a reference voltage Vrefa having a first temperature coefficient is output. When the switch A1 is turned off, the transistors 1, 2a, 2b are turned on, and a reference voltage Vrefb having a second temperature coefficient is output. An output circuit 30 conducts sample-and-hold processing of the reference voltage Vrefa performs prescribed calculation on the sampled-and-held reference voltage Vrefa, and the reference voltage Vrefb generated from a reference voltage generation circuit 20, and outputs the calculated results.
