Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide multiline rolling apparatus for shape steel with which hot rolling at ideal temperature by suppressing the cooling of a material to be rolled and the improvement of productivity are possible by shortening hot-rolling time by arranging a plurality of rolling mills and narrowing the intervals between rolling rolls. SOLUTION: The multiline rolling mill 10 for rolling the shape steel having a web and flanges is provided with at least two universal rolling mills 16, 17 having upper and lower horizontal rolls 12, 13 and right and left vertical rolls 14, 15 for rolling the web and the flanges simultaneously and respectively in one housing 11 and an edger mill 20 provided with upper and lower edger mill rolls 18, 19 for rolling the end parts of the flanges between the two universal rolling mills 16, 17.
