Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress respiratory fluctuations included in biological signals, such as an invasive blood pressure and a brain pressure, without complicating a constitution or processing. SOLUTION: This biological signal measuring apparatus includes: a pressure transducer 11, or a pressure sensor, which measures a pressure in a living body; a main stream CO2sensor 13, or a respiratory sensor, which measures respiratory information; and a CPU 30 including an outputting means which outputs a pressure value obtained by the pressure transducer 11 when recognizing an end-expiratory period, based on the respiratory information obtained by the main stream CO2sensor 13.
