Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control temperature in a pan with superior precision against a preset temperature in the case of carrying out stir-fried cooking in an induction heating cooker. SOLUTION: An induction heating cooker includes a control means 9 for controlling so that a heated object is heated to a preset temperature as a result of an output of a temperature detecting means 6 and a bottom thickness-determining means 7, and based on the preset temperature in an operation part 8. Since the bottom thickness-determining means 7 determines the bottom thickness of the pan 1 based on a degree of change in temperature after a predetermined period passes when fire in heating is changed, efficient heating cooking can be carried out regardless of a shape of the pan.
