Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage supplier capable of heat-sterilizing a coffee cooling tank with the use of poured hot water. SOLUTION: When the hot water is poured-in so as to heat and sterilize the coffee cooling tank 20 in the beverage supplier 1, coffee powder is not put into a funnel 18 and also the operation of a cooler 30 is forcibly stopped when the operation of a cooler operation switch 56 is stopped. Thus, the operation of the cooler 30 is not started even when the temperature of cooling water W is raised by conductive heat from the coffee cooling tank 20 with the hot water poured therein. Consequently, the temperature of the hot water poured into the coffee cooling tank 20 is not lowered much, thereby heat-sterilizing the coffee cooling tank 20 with the use of the poured hot water.
