Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application specific integrated circuit which allows the cost increase due to an increase in the circuit scale thereof to be suppressed small while reducing the power consumption of a register module. SOLUTION: The application specific integrated circuit includes: a plurality of equipment control modules 4 and 5 which are designed in clock synchronization and control equipment connected to the outside; and the register module 3 for setting the operation parameter of the equipment control modules on the basis of data inputted from the outside. The register module 3 includes for each of an address: three or more flip-flop circuits 31, 32 and 33; and a clock control circuit 34 operated so as to make the propagation of the clock to the flip-flop circuits possible immediately before the clock of the timing at the timing at which the flip-flop circuits perform a toggle operation and to make the propagation of the clock of the timing to the flip-flop circuits impossible at the timing at which the flip-flop circuits do not perform the operation.
