Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a drive lifetime of an organic electric-field light-emitting device which laminates one or two or more charge transport layers on a substrate directly or via another layer, forms a bank containing a photo-curable resin and a region partitioned by the bank on the charge transport layer, and provides a functional layer in the region partitioned by the bank. SOLUTION: The organic electric-field light-emitting device 10a has: a charge transport layer 4; a bank 5 and a region, partitioned by the bank, respectively formed on the charge transport layer; and one or two or more functional layers provided in the region partitioned by the bank 5.
