Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-component type thermosetting composition for applying additional top coat thereon successfully filling and covering the gap portion of the bond part of the steel plate of the steel sheet bonded structure with good workability, readily hardened without foaming upon heating, without becoming softened during baking of coating at higher temperature, giving a hardened article excellent in hardness, appearance, adhesiveness, anti-corrosion property, and storage stability; and to provide a method for coating and painting a steel sheet bonded structure using the same. SOLUTION: This one-component type composition for applying additional top coat thereon includes an isocyanate-containing urethane prepolymer (A), a compound (B) having an oxazolidine ring, a hardening promoter (C), and a thixotropic agent (D) containing at least a polyurea compound.
