PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave transmitting and receiving module which never involves deterioration of pass characteristic even when it is grounded in terms of radio-frequency wave with a housing at a point at least half-wavelength of used frequency wavelength (λ) away from it. SOLUTION: The microwave transmitting and receiving module is provided with a multilayer substrate having inputting/outputting ends for transmitting radio-frequency wave transmitting signal or radio-frequency wave receiving signal, a first microstrip line provided on an inputting end side of the multilayer substrate, a first conversion portion provided on the multilayer substrate for mode-converting signals on the first microstrip line, a triplate line provided on the multilayer substrate for transmitting signals mode-converted by the first conversion portion, a second conversion portion provided on the multilayer substrate for mode-converting signals on the triplate line, a second microstrip line provided on an outputting end side of the multilayer substrate for transmitting signals mode-converted by the second conversion portion, and forcibly attaching means, provided on the inputting end side and the outputting end side of the multilayer substrate, for fixing the housing and the multilayer substrate.
