Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display device capable of restraining fluctuation of chromaticity by membrane-thickness fluctuation which can be generated in a forming process of an organic EL layer. SOLUTION: The organic EL display device 1 is structured of a substrate 10, a lower part electrode 30 fitted on the substrate 30, a first organic EL layer 31 fitted on the lower part electrode 30, a first intermediate electrode layer 40 fitted on the first organic EL layer 31, a second organic EL layer 41 fitted on the first intermediate electrode layer 40, a second intermediate electrode layer 50 fitted on the second organic EL layer 41, a third organic EL layer 51 fitted on the second intermediate electrode layer 50, and an upper part electrode 60 fitted on the third organic EL layer. A light 70 emitted from a first light-emitting layer, a second light-emitting layer and a third light-emitting layer is extracted from the upper part electrode 60, and a reflection preventing layer 20 is fitted between the substrate 10 and the fist light-emitting layer.
